Passion: Educating Children and Offering Community Services
Frederick Evans was a technology program manager for the Central Intelligence Agency for 22 years. When he left the CIA in 1986, he formed his own consulting firm offering strategic planning and program management for government and industry clients. He retired in 2010, with 24 years of experience as a consultant. He joined our Board as secretary in 2009.
Before becoming a Board member, Fred had traveled to Haiti often with Eden Garden founders, Charles and Gigi LeMorzellec. He has a deep passion for providing hope to the orphans, with a focus on helping them get education through the 12th grade so, as adults, they can make Haiti a better place to live. Fred also believes that the services provided to the surrounding community of Montrouis are vital to the mission of Eden Garden Orphanage.
