As Director for Global Mission Initiatives at Florida Hospital since 2011, Monty helps lead medical-related projects in Haiti, Jamaica, Peru, Ethiopia and other countries. He also serves on the Board of Maranatha Volunteers International, an institution that constructs churches, schools, clinics and other buildings for those in need around the world.

Previously, as a partner in private immigration law practice for over 10 years, Monty traveled to many countries in the developing world and has seen the challenges faced by people without resources and support. Monty has been involved in supporting the activities of Eden Garden Orphanage for over 10 years. He is focused on helping strengthen Eden Garden Orphanage so it can continue to serve the needs of the children of Haiti.
